ReplyDeleteWe paid a visit to your house on 19th of Jan this year. My daughter , studying history hons at Loreto college have great interest in McCluskiegunj and wanted to collect genuine information about its past and present situation. She went through your blog and wanted to meet you and do a research for her college. But it was our fate that we could not meet you. Majid chacha was our guide. We got some information from him but without meeting you our quest was incomplete. We stayed at Gordon guest house for 3 days and visited the old bungalows as Majid chacha told the history. I would like to meet you, if you like, and collect more and more information as you are the most knowledgeable person regarding McCluskiegunj. If you please be kind enough to meet me and tell all the history I will think my self most fortunate. I am a physician by profession but passionate about photography. I prepare photostories and they are published in Bengali travel magazines. My stories are also published in Fountain Ink magazine published from Chennai.
