Cemetery Disputed Land

The land shown in the pic. is of the portion of land that belongs to the cemetery but is being claimed by a local resident named 'Dwarika Prasad Sahu'.

During the time that the Burial Board here was under a gentleman named Jerry Williamson, Dwarika approached him and asked him if he could use the land for cultivation. Jerry agreed on a condition that half of the crops would be his. The agreement and cultivation carried on as long as Jerry Williamson lived. After his death, the cultivation continued and Dwarika now claims he is owner of the said land.
A case was being fought in the court at Ranchi, where Dwarika lost the case. After winning the case, the then President of the Board, Michael Perkins had a concrete cross fixed in the center of the land. Dwarika and a few of his men broke down the cross and shouted slogans against Perkins. Now the land is under IPC section 144.
The bricks stacked at the end of the land were dropped for the boundary wall of the land whose measure in not known to me but it is nearly 2 acres.

Is there an index of burials at the cemetery? I believe my grandmother Dora Lucia Naug (nee Cancellor) may be buried there. She was staying with her daughter Joan Street at the time of her death about 1965.
