I have passed the old building that has a banner "McCluskieganj Inter College" on it's gate several times in the past year and have never noticed any activity or seen any teacher or student within the boundary less premises.
Yesterday (Independence Day) I was passing by and was shocked to see that the place was full with students, teachers and public. The crowd was almost as much as La Veda Academy. Both colleges had functions that began after the hoisting of the national flag.
