Returned after 22 years!

A boy was taken away by an unknown person from McCluskiegunj to Patna nearly 22 years ago. Today the grown up boy has found his way back home with help of two boys from Patna. His excited family welcomed him back to their home in Mahuatand village.

He claims that he was taken away and made to work in Patna where he was not kept properly and was not fed much. He escaped and went to Haryana where he spent 12 years. All he remembered was 'McCluskiegunj'.

He made friends and two of them planned to come down to McCluskiegunj with him. During the time passed by, he lost his father and mother. His father died and mother disappeared without any trace till now. She  is assumed to be dead by the remaining members of the family.
He will spend a few days and then he will return to Haryana and rejoin work, where he is occupied as an operator of some machine.

Anglo Indians Are Invited

Anglo Indians from any part of the globe are welcome to buy land and settle down here in this small civilised village that is surrounded and filled with natural beauty.

Land is not very easily available though, but there are some AI's who will sell land only to AI's so that they have their own kind living around them.

Price of land is rising day by day, yet the prices here are quite reasonable if compared to any other state in India. A plot of 5 decimals, enough to build a small house would not cost too much. Say around a hundred and twenty-five thousand or so.

Land that is closer to the railway station or to any leading road, is higher in price. Of course, most AI's prefer to be away from noise and commotion so most of their bungalows exist in sort of hidden or isolated places. in the middle of the jungle or at the foot of a hill, anywhere, and all quite far from each other.

Plots for farm houses or stables etc. are also available now but won't be for long. There are a few plots of land near about one acre each available at central places and a few within villages.

Foreigners are investing here just for the sake of holidaying. We have quite a few foreigners coming down each year. Most come to visit relatives while few come to learn about the history of the place or simply to see the place that is now being highlighted so much by media.
